Stegra is building a sustainable, impact-driven company in Boden, Northern Sweden. You will join a team shaping procurement from strategy to execution, building a fast, transparent, data-driven function that scales with Stegra's growth.

You will define standards, platforms and ways of working, report to the Head of Procurement Excellence, and collaborate with leadership to deliver value while maintaining safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement transformation, analytics, or process excellence in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay with production, planning, and maintenance contexts.
• Solid data structures knowledge and business impact.

Responsabilités

• Design and evolve Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes for end-to-end efficiency and governance.
• Translate business needs into scalable cross-functional solutions and define roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of digital initiatives across processes and functions.
• Provide leadership with decision-critical insights and analytics for sourcing strategies.
• Identify and implement high-impact initiatives (automation, data models, guided buying) in spend analytics, demand forecasting, contract management, and supplier risk.
• Ensure procurement data is structured, reliable, and supports transparency and compliant buying channels.
• Help establish global process standards and governance to support speed and scalability.
