Job summary

CGNEE in Sweden seeks a Renewable Energy Site Manager to oversee on-site operations, inspections, contractor coordination and HSE implementation across wind farm assets, HV equipment, SCADA rooms and related site infrastructure.

You will maintain documentation, support asset management, monitor environmental reporting, manage site access, and verify invoices, with fluent Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Technical education or background in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in renewable energy, wind farm operations, HV operations, technical maintenance or site operations.
• Valid Swedish work authorization and valid driving licence.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Experience with wind farm operations, HV systems, SCADA, CMMS, Vestas platforms, GWO, Hot Work certification or site supervision is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations, technical inspections and operational issue follow-up.
• Supervise O&M providers, subcontractors and service providers.
• Support Asset Managers with technical coordination, reporting, project follow-up and invoice verification.
• Monitor HSE, compliance, environmental reporting, site access control and operational risk.
• Maintain structured site documentation, inspection records and technical reports.
• Support site projects, operational improvements and technical investigations.

About the Company

CGNEE is looking for a Renewable Energy Site Manager to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our renewable energy assets in Sweden.

About the Role

The role focuses on on-site technical supervision, operational follow-up, contractor coordination, HSE implementation, technical issue tracking, site documentation and support to asset management activities. The position covers renewable generation assets, BoP systems, substations, SCADA rooms, HV equipment, access roads and other site infrastructure.
