Job summary

Sverige BAUER GL AB in Gothenburg is seeking a dedicated professional for a specialized foundation construction project. You will track quantities, cost, variations, and progress against contract while coordinating joint venture and sub-contractor activities on site.

You will liaise with contractors and the project team to identify and mitigate risks to quality and schedule, consolidate QA/QC topics, assist with document control and submittals, and conduct site inspections for risk

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Prior site-based experience in quality control and/or quantity surveying on construction projects.
• Familiarity with site inspection, non-conformance procedures, and handover/close-out documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Based on site in Gothenburg, Sweden.
