Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking Skilled Construction Workers for an 8-month project in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role requires mixing slurries, assisting with loading and offloading, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications

Job description

For our special foundation project in Gothenburg, Sweden, we are looking for Skilled Construction workers (m/f/x) to work on a around 8 months project-based employment, starting end of November 2025.

• Mixing of bentonite/polymer slurries and pouring of concrete
  
• Assistance for loading and offloading of trucks, and lifting activities
  
• Banksman for heavy foundation equipment
  
• Assistance with reinforcing and concreting works
  
• Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
  
• Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines

Your profile:

• Previous (first) professional experience in construction
• Basic knowledge in the use of various types of power and hand tools
• Ability to work at height up to max. 6.0 m
• Ability to communicate in English
• Working effectively in a team environment with strong focus on HSE and quality
• Entitlement to perform work in Sweden, either being of a nationality from an European Union or EFTA country or having a residence permit/work permit title allowing to take over such job in Sweden
