Job summary

BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks skilled construction workers for a project-based role on our special foundation project. You will mix slurries, pour concrete, load and unload trucks, and support heavy equipment as banksman.

Candidates should have prior construction experience, basic tool skills, ability to work at heights up to 6 m, and English ability. EU/EEA or Swedish work permit required. On-site with free accommodation and rotation.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

For our special foundation project in Gothenburg, Sweden, we are looking for Skilled Construction workers (m/f/x) to work on a project-based employment, ending around January 2027.

• Mixing of bentonite/polymer slurries and pouring of concrete
  
• Assistance for loading and offloading of trucks, and lifting activities
  
• Banksman for heavy foundation equipment
• Assistance with reinforcing and concreting works
• Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
• Compliance with the required health, safety and quality standards according to BAUER guidelines

Your profile:

• Previous (first) professional experience in construction
• Basic knowledge in the use of various types of power and hand tools
• Ability to work at height up to max. 6.0 m
• Ability to communicate in English
• Working effectively in a team environment with strong focus on HSE and quality
• Entitlement to perform work in Sweden, either being of a nationality from an European Union or EFTA country or having a residence permit/work permit title allowing to take over such job in Sweden
