Responsibilities

• Lead the Stenungsund site leadership team and a 325 FTE organization.
• Own safety, health, environment, and security and regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety culture maturity and change management initiatives.
• Manage the site budget, CAPEX portfolio, and productivity improvements.
• Represent Nouryon with authorities, unions, and external stakeholders.
