Job summary

Blue Tomato, a leading omnichannel retailer, is seeking a capable candidate to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, develop staff, and foster a positive shopping experience across channels.

We value several years in streetwear or sports equipment sales, team leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and English is essential for daily operations and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent sales experience.
• Several years of selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories.
• Extensive experience in leading and developing teams.
• Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Very good knowledge of the national language and English.
• Excellent teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach.
