In this role, you will coordinate shift-based operations onboard cable-lay vessels, ensuring safe and efficient execution aligned with project requirements. Oversee offshore cable lay operations during assigned shifts
As a Shift Supervisor, youare responsible forcoordinating offshore cable installation activities during your assigned shift. You ensure tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with project procedures and technical specifications. You supervise deck crew,monitorequipment usage, andmaintaincommunication with the Offshore Construction Manager and Field Engineers, ensuringaccuratereporting and operational continuity.
