In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects. If you're passionate about refrigeration and have a proven track record in the field, we invite you to apply!**What you will do:*** Take charge of commissioning and servicing HVAC equipment.* Diagnose and repair equipment and systems on customer premises.* Perform maintenance, replacements, and service upgrades.* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.* Collaborate with top HVAC professionals.* Receive comprehensive technical training on the latest HVAC equipment.**What you will bring:*** Technical education (or higher) in HVAC or a related field* Experience in servicing and maintaining chillers; experience in a data center environment is an asset* Genuine interest in ongoing professional development within the refrigeration industry* Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues* Valid F‐Gas certificate and any other required licenses* Electrician qualification (S3)* Experience working in a mission‐critical environment, including 24/7 availability, rotating shift coverage and participation in on‐call escalation tiers* Strong skills in incident management and root cause analysis* Consistent professionalism and discipline, with readiness to support internal and external quality or compliance audits* Solid laptop and computer skills* Ability to drive and work across multiple locations in Finland* High flexibility and adaptability in dynamic operational conditions* Communicative level of English我們提供具競爭力的薪酬以及完善的福利和相關計劃。我們是一家提供平等就業機會的雇主;所有符合資格的申請者,無論其種族、膚色、宗教、性別、性取向、性別認同、國籍、懷孕狀況、年齡、婚姻狀況、身心障礙、受保護退伍軍人身份或任何依法受保護的身分,均會獲得公平的就業考量。
