Job summary

Justera Group is seeking an experienced Service Operations Specialist to support stability and continuous improvement of customer-facing technology solutions. You will lead major incidents, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive RCA and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Operations, Service Operations, technical support, SRE, or similar.
• Experience coordinating operational activities across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to manage high-impact incidents with multiple tech teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management, IT Operations, and DevOps/SRE.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incidents as Incident Commander and primary ops contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during critical incidents to restore services quickly.
• Drive RCA and Problem Management to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure operational processes are followed and improved.
• Coordinate priorities with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage operational risks, dependencies, impediments.
• Lead operational improvements, tools and ways of working.
• Support planning to improve service quality and reliability.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders via clear communication.
• Contribute hands-on to day-to-day ops activities when required.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational ownership.
