Job summary

Justera Group is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in Payments to lead a large-scale technology initiative within the banking and financial services sector. You will define target and transition architectures, drive architectural roadmaps, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 9+ years in payments architecture, strong knowledge of banking products and payment ecosystems, and

Qualifications

9+ years in Payments Solution Architecture or a closely related architectural role within financial services.
Experience delivering solution architectures for complex payment systems.
Proficiency with cloud platforms incl. GCP, AWS, Azure and OpenShift.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in both Waterfall and Scaled Agile environments.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Define and drive solution architecture frameworks, principles, and strategies within Payments.
Design target architectures, transition architectures, and roadmaps.
Establish roadmaps and runways to support long-term technology objectives.
Define end-to-end payment flows with business and tech stakeholders.
Collaborate on detailed solution designs with BAs, PO, and others.
Work with development teams to ensure architectural alignment.
Produce high-quality architectural documentation and deliverables.
Engage with multiple stakeholders to align decisions with objectives.
