Job summary

Justera Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineering Lead to drive QA and QC strategies within a complex engineering environment in Sweden. You will shape quality systems, monitor KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, root-cause analysis, and the ability to mentor engineers while coordinating multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong experience in QA and QC.
• Good understanding of QMS, quality standards, and quality processes.
• Experience in root cause analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead engineering projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA and QC procedures, methods, and standards.
• Review and manage quality specifications for projects, products, and processes.
• Monitor quality performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and coordinate complex engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and quality-related consultation to management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support engineering projects by ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality challenges.
• Mentor engineers and lead quality-related activities and improvement projects.
