Job summary

Scania Sverige AB, Western Region, seeks a Service Manager for Hisings Backa. You will develop workshop operations, build customer relationships, and lead a diverse team to achieve targets while ensuring safety and quality.

You will participate in site and regional management, driving service sales and expansion of offerings related to trailers and spare parts. The role requires proven leadership, heavy-vehicle knowledge, dealership experience, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry.
• Experience from a dealership within the heavy vehicle industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Valid Category B driving license is required; Category C and/or D licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead workshop operations to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Shape the management team, recruit and workforce plan; develop a strong and sustainable team.
• Own the business results; manage forecasting, financial performance and follow-up activities; ensure safety and work environment.
• Participate in site management with vehicle sales representatives; contribute to regional business performance.
