Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a Service Fulfilment Operations Developer for our Helsingborg Service Office. You will manage service partner performance, develop omnichannel capabilities, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-changing logistics environment.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in CFF/Logistics/Supply chain on operational or tactical levels, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, economics, business administration or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience from CFF/Logistics/Supply chain on operational or tactical level.

You have good knowledge and solid experience of leading and you enjoy meeting and interacting with various business partners. You have experience of project management and working in a fast changing environment. You enjoy communicating, in both Swedish and English. You have proven analytical and numerical skills, strong computer skills and a very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the performance of assigned service partners and develop the omnichannel capabilities of the IKEA service offer.
