Job summary

• 2-3 years of supply chain experience in an internationally operating FMCG company.
• Knowledgeable about Logistics and Sales & Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments from factory to LSP for the Nordic markets.
• Manage customer and B2C forward orders and their deliveries and reverse flows; ensure cost-efficient fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with LSPs, contract conditions, and support tenders with Procurement.
• Track Track and Trace reporting and ensure compliance.
• Identify process improvements, productivity, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers to analyze order patterns and improve return processes.
• Develop procedures for logistics processes such as stock counts and destructions.
• Support the transformation toward a smoke-free future.

In our Service Delivery Team, we have the mission to handle the entire fulfillment flow to market and the distribution to its customers and consumers in order to fulfill internal and external customers' expectations and align with all laws and regulations. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you'll drive all outbound activities from the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) towards consumers. You will collaborate closely with key counterparts both locally and internationally, maintaining a focus on your customers. Additionally, you will cooperate in future-shaping projects both at a local and EU level.

Your Day-to-day

• Monitoring shipments from the factory to the LSP for the Nordic markets.
• Managing customer and B2C forward orders and their deliveries and reverse flows; guaranteeing cost-efficient and timely fulfillment and reverse process to market and its customers/consumers.
• Managing relationships with LSPs, contract conditions, ensuring compliance with audit and internal billing guidelines, and participating in tender processes with Procurement.
• Regular monitoring of Track and Trace reporting and compliance.
• Looking for process improvements, productivities, and sustainability initiatives.
• Customer collaboration activities such as analyzing order patterns and improving the return process.
• Developing procedures for logistics processes such as stock counts and destructions.
• Shaping the logistics landscape to deliver our transformation towards a smoke-free future.

Who We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of supply chain in an internationally operating (FMCG) company.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Logistics, Sales & Distribution environment.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in English with good general communication skills.
