Job summary

Saab is strengthening its HR Business Partner team for the Surveillance business area. This role supports about 5,800 employees internationally and will grow in Sweden and beyond.

Your role

To match our growth journey, we will now strengthen our HRBP team. We are looking for HR Business Partner for business area Surveillance. You will be part of the Surveillance HRBP team who consists of 15 skilled colleagues supporting different Business Units within the Surveillance portfolio. Business area Surveillance is approximately 5800 employees internationally and will grow both in Sweden and internationally the coming years.

Your main tasks will be:

• Provide leadership in people and organisational areas; adding value in taking strategic and operational business decisions
• Support delivery of the people strategy within the management teams
• Equip the organisation with right capabilities and drive talent, succession and strategic workforce planning processes relevant to the business strategy and context
• Actively participate in business planning and strategy development for the business and provide people strategy plans to support business goals
• Act as a change agent and coach manager on how to handle change, engage employees and build capabilities effectively

Your profile

We believe you have a relevant university degree and extensive HR Business Partnering experience, furthermore you need:

• Strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organisational needs
• Previous experience in working as a HR Business Partner
• A continuous improvement mindset, pro-active attitude and agility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective relationship building across organisations
• Ability to balance the strategic and the operational with strong implementation and drive for execution
• Sound judgement and decision making
• A passion for continuous learning
• High energy, resilience and integrity
• Experiance from teknikavtalen is an advantage

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
