Job summary

Massive Entertainment, part of Ubisoft, is seeking a Senior UI Designer to join the team in Malmö. You will design UI layouts, create interface concepts, and ensure a cohesive immersive experience across game titles including The Division 3 projects and Snowdrop-based tech.

The role focuses on clear user interfaces, collaboration with directors, designers, artists and programmers, and contributing to the overall visual direction. Office-based role with permanent full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Professional experience of UI development for AAA video games.
• Solid understanding of graphic design, interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience with Snowdrop or other node-based engines is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and 3D are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design UI layouts and user flows that support intuitive player experiences.
• Create concepts for UI elements, menu screens, icons, animations, and other interface assets.
• Ensure the UI delivers an immersive experience that aligns with the game's visual direction and creative vision
