Arrowhead Game Studios AB is seeking a Senior UI Designer (Contractor) to lead the design of immersive, accessible UI systems for a co-op live-service title. You will own end-to-end UI from wireframes to art assets and implementation, collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers to ensure cohesive solutions.

The role demands strong UX knowledge, experience with UI middleware like Noesis GUI, and a passion for mentoring teammates in a fast-paced, hybrid Stockholm environment.

Qualifications

Senior UI Designer with end-to-end UI design experience for AA/AAA titles.
Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and translating concepts into art assets.
Strong UX principles and accessible UI practices in games.
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of complex UI systems including HUD, inventory, and social menus.
Drive UI workflow from wireframes to final art assets and implementation.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to ensure cohesive UI.
Ensure UI aligns with live-service game vision and performance goals.
Mentor fellow UI designers and share knowledge.
