• Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in testing, verification, validation, or product development in automotive/industrial sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of powertrains, transmissions, and vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute verification and validation activities.
• Test and evaluate diesel, hybrid, and electric powertrain systems.
• Perform functional testing of transmissions, axles, electric motors, and battery systems.
• Analyze test data and produce technical reports and recommendations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Develop and improve test methods, processes, and equipment.
