Job summary

Capgemini Sweden is seeking a Senior Technical Transformation Manager to strengthen its Cloud Infrastructure and Cybersecurity practice. You will lead large-scale cloud transformations, shape target architectures, and guide migrations from strategy to execution, collaborating with executives and delivery teams to ensure successful mobilization and stabilization.

Ideal candidates bring deep Azure/AWS/GCP experience across hybrid environments, data-center modernization, security, and pre-sales

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in cloud, infrastructure architecture, data-center transformation and complex technology migrations.
• Deep technical knowledge across Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong leadership of enterprise-scale technology transformation and migration programs.

Responsibilities

• Define target architectures, roadmaps, and migration strategies for large cloud transformations.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams to mobilize, execute, and stabilize complex programs.
• Engage in pre-sales activities to shape solutions, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations.
• Provide technical governance and ensure security, resilience, and operational transition throughout programs.
