Job summary

Qliro is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to own the technical direction of the Credit & Fraud team, central to the Pay Later platform. You will write production-grade .NET and drive architectural decisions to scale for higher volumes.

You’ll collaborate across product, risk and compliance teams, ensuring observability and traceability, and mentor engineers to uplift delivery and craftsmanship across the Nordic markets and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading systems with real financial risk, payments, or fraud domains.
• Comfort in regulated environments and compliance constraints.
• Proven ability to drive platform transformations and migrations.
• Ability to deliver production-grade, observable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and write production-grade .NET regularly.
• Make architectural decisions and ensure performance and scale.
• Ensure observability and decision traceability are first-class concerns.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance and other engineering teams.
• Set engineers up for success by sharing knowledge and mentoring.
