Job summary

Qliro is seeking a backend developer to join the Payments Platform Team, building and running the payment engine behind every purchase with strong emphasis on stability, scalability and security.

We use C# .NET, MS SQL Server, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ in an event-driven architecture. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle and participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and on-call rotations while collaborating across teams in a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend development using similar technologies.
• Understanding of system design and API development; data structures and algorithms.
• Strong communication in English across the full development cycle.
• Curious and pragmatic about AI and tooling like Claude to improve engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of payment-related projects with focus on stability, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with teams and use Claude to improve productivity and code quality.
• Contribute across planning, implementation, testing, release and maintenance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical improvements.
• Engage in thoughtful code reviews and shared ownership, including on-call rotation.
