RPS Softwares AB in Sweden seeks a Senior System / Enterprise Architect to drive the evolution of our Service Management, Future Workplace and Microsoft ecosystem by defining target architectures, roadmaps, standards and governance that align business needs with technology capabilities.

Working across Group IT and divisions, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in a similar enterprise role in a global company.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID) and ServiceNow.
• Fluent in English; Swedish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex tech topics for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive evolution of Service Management, Future Workplace and Microsoft ecosystem by defining target architectures, roadmaps, standards and governance.
• Lead strategic development of the ServiceNow platform and workplace technologies.
• Lead broader Microsoft estate initiatives (M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID and related services).
• Act as a trusted advisor across Group IT and divisions to ensure scalable, secure, business-aligned solutions.
• Translate complex technology topics into clear executive-level communication.

We are hiring Senior System / Enterprise Architectfor Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect will drive the evolution of our Service Management, Future Workplace and Microsoft ecosystem by defining target architectures, roadmaps, standards and governance that align business needs with technology capabilities. Working across Group IT and divisions, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist business stakeholders in reaching their objectives by driving continuous improvement and transformation within applications, infrastructure, IT security and AI.
• Drive the evolution of Service Management, Future Workplace and the Microsoft ecosystem by defining target architectures, roadmaps, standards and governance.
• Lead the strategic development of the ServiceNow platform, digital employee experience and workplace technologies.
• Lead the strategic development of the broader Microsoft estate (M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID and related services).
• Act as a trusted advisor across Group IT and divisions, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions.
• Translate complex technology topics into clear executive-level communication.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role in a global company.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Copilot, Intune, Entra ID and related services.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow and Service Management.
• Good understanding of IT Governance.
• Able to define target architectures, roadmaps, standards and governance that align business needs with technology capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Swedish is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to translate complex technology topics into clear executive-level communication.
• Business-oriented mindset, underpinning strategic IT decisions with business cases and operating models.
