Qualifications

• 6–15 years in strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories
• Academic degree in business, engineering, economics or similar
• Proven track record of cost reduction and procurement performance improvements

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring engagement, transparency and measurable impact
• Drive cost optimization projects by identifying savings opportunities, developing sourcing strategies, executing initiatives and ensuring value realization
• Understand clients' spend, sourcing needs and procurement challenges across categories to identify opportunities
• Develop category and procurement strategies that increase value for clients
• Translate business needs into sourcing strategies, ensuring strong cross-functional buy-in and driving decision-making
• Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and RFP/RFQ events from requirements definition to supplier selection and contracting
• Run high-impact negotiations with suppliers to secure commercial value, quality and risk mitigation
