Job summary

Newground’s Bloom program welcomes recent graduates to start as management consultants from day one, learning through hands-on client work and cross‑company mentoring. You will grow with peers across Newground, building skills and perspectives while contributing to client projects and the alliance’s future.

The program supports ambitious graduates through structured training and collaboration. We seek top talents with a master's degree, strong analytical minds, and fluency in Swedish and English

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, or similar from a university in Sweden or abroad.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and develop.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
