Bluebeam, part of the Nemetschek Group, is seeking a Staff Engineer to architect, develop, and scale secure SaaS platform solutions for Studio customers. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver the product vision.

You will bring 15+ years backend experience, 10+ years in cloud (AWS), and strong leadership in multi-year projects, with Golang and microservices expertise.

• 15+ years of industry experience developing highly available backend services.

Responsabilités

• Architect, develop, and scale secure, performant SaaS platform solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less senior developers.
• Ramp up on new complex problems and codebases quickly.
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex areas of our systems.
• Collaborate with Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps, and Product Management to refine requirements into robust applications.
• Drive projects to completion with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
