ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own end-to-end backend features in cloud-native environments. You will design, build, test, and operate scalable services using Java, Kotlin, and Golang, while collaborating with frontend teams and shaping architectural direction.

You’ll work in a cross-functional team focused on secure, reliable platforms that power global access solutions.

Competenze

5+ years of experience building backend systems in cloud-native, distributed environments.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to take features from idea to production.
Proficient in applying DDD, TDD, microservices, and event-driven design.
Hands-on experience with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and modern deployment models.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
Clear, thoughtful communication and willingness to mentor others.
