Job summary

Epidemic Sound is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Activation team in Stockholm. You will enhance the onboarding experience for new users and build signal-based systems that route users to relevant product paths.

You'll work with product, design, marketing, data and analytics across the Growth domain, delivering end-to-end features in a fast, AI-assisted environment. Collaboration and ambiguity-to-clarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building with React, TypeScript, CSS/HTML.
• Backend development experience in Python, Go, or Kotlin.
• Proven track record in full-stack product development.
• Experience with analytics instrumentation, event tracking and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with AI-first workflows and agentic tools.
• Strong collaboration and ability to drive ambiguity to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build user-facing onboarding flows and interactive elements.
• Develop systems that read early-funnel signals to guide users.
• Deliver end-to-end across the stack using React/TypeScript and Python/Go/Kotlin.
• Run A/B tests and implement fast feedback loops.
• Own observability, reliability and developer experience of Activation systems.
