Job summary

Epidemic Sound in Stockholm is seeking two Senior Backend Engineers to advance DRM work across YouTube and other social platforms. You will design, build and operate high-availability services on Google Cloud, focusing on safeguarding content rights and enabling efficient content claims.

You’ll collaborate with data and ML teams to derive insights and drive revenue operations, own services end-to-end, monitor performance, and ensure robust integrations with partner APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with backend development in Go and cloud platforms.
• Strong data processing and SQL skills.
• Experience evaluating algorithms and building scalable services.
• Experience with large datasets and DRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support content claiming and safelisting for users.
• Own services end to end, including infrastructure and monitoring.
• Guide service design for our customers.
• Monitor and optimise data from UGC platforms like YouTube.
• Collaborate with data and ML engineers to enable data-driven decisions.
