SweGaN AB, located in Östergötlands län, is seeking a Senior R&D epi engineer to enhance semiconductor device performance through innovative epitaxial growth processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience with III-V semiconductor manufacturing and a strong command of various characterization methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in III-V semiconductor manufacturing, SiC, or GaN epitaxy.
• Strong analytical approach to experimental design.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
