Job summary

Westernacher Consulting in Sweden seeks an experienced SAP Transportation Management architect to lead end-to-end logistics design and implementations across international projects. You will own architecture decisions and mentor teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust SAP TM solutions.

The role requires 9–10+ years in SAP TM, multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong cross-module expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9-10+ years of SAP TM experience.
• Experience leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• 4 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Cross-module logistics solution design.
• Proficient in architecture and solution design.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management, including C-level interaction.
• Experience across multiple industries with logistics/process understanding.
• Pre-sales and business development experience.
• Strategic thinking with project leadership.
• TM certifications are an advantage.
• Public Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP toolchain (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, WalkMe).
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Designs AI-enabled SAP solutions conceptually.

Responsibilities
