The role requires coordinating diverse stakeholders, managing scope and governance, and spending significant time on-site in Northern Sweden and Stockholm, driving change management and program governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project/programme management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme from planning and process design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
• Coordinate business functions, process owners, subject matter experts, digital teams, architects, vendors and implementation partners.
• Lead workshops and drive alignment on new business processes and procedures.
• Ensure processes work seamlessly across operations, sales, logistics, procurement, finance and commercial functions.
• Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources and milestones.
• Present progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Ensure data, integrations, testing, training, change management and operational readiness are addressed.
• Build alignment and adoption among business stakeholders and end users.
