Requtech in Linköping, Sweden, seeks a senior RF & Microwave Engineer to lead design and development of RF subsystems for SATCOM terminals. Role blends theory with hands-on hardware, from schematic to integration and verification.

Candidate brings 10+ years in RF/microwave engineering, with capability in board-level design, system analysis, and measurements. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration across global teams in a defense-related context.

Formación

• 10+ years of RF/microwave engineering experience, ideally in satellite comms or defense.
• Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Proven ability to design RF circuits and subsystems from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop RF/microwave circuits and subsystems (LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, diplexers).
• Perform RF system analyses: link budgets, noise figure, gain cascades, intermodulation.
• Lead RF PCB design and layout with Altium Designer in collaboration with electronics team.
• Conduct hands-on hardware bring-up, measurements, and validation tests.
