Job summary

JNT Telecom AB in Sweden is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to design high-speed multilayer PCBs with RF/EMC focus, collaborating with hardware, RF and system engineers.

You will use Altium Designer or Cadence, define stack-ups with manufacturers, and ensure EMC compliance (CE/FCC) while supporting prototyping and production.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in EE and 5+ years PCB design experience; strong DDR/Ethernet/SerDes, RF layout, and EMI mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in PCB design.
• Strong experience in: High-speed digital design (DDR, Ethernet, SerDes).
• Strong experience in: RF layout and design principles.
• Strong experience in: EMC/EMI mitigation techniques.
• Experience with multilayer PCB stack-up design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for the design and development of high-speed multilayer PCBs, including RF and EMC-critical applications. This role involves close collaboration with hardware, RF and system engineers to deliver robust, high-performance electronic designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and layout of high-speed multilayer PCBs (6-16+ layers)
• RF PCB design (impedance control, signal integrity, EMI/EMC)
• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis
• Work with Altium Designer / Cadence / similar tools
• Define stack-ups and collaborate with manufacturers
• Ensure compliance with EMC standards (CE, FCC)

• Monthly salary: SEK 38,000 - 48,000 depending on experience
