Nordic Semiconductor in Sweden is seeking experienced RF engineers to join our expanding RF team. You will design RF and analog blocks for Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth transceivers, from architecture to transistor-level CMOS design, with focus on power efficiency and performance.

You will collaborate with system, layout, and verification teams, perform simulations and measurements, bring up silicon, and contribute to RF methodology improvements.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or another relevant field.
• Experience in RF IC design in CMOS and 3+ years to senior level.
• Strong fundamentals in noise, impedance, stability, and process variations.
• Hands-on design and verification of LNAs, PAs, VCOs/PLLs, and RF blocks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and verify high-performance RF/analog circuits for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth transceivers.
• Translate requirements into RF architectures and verified implementations.
• Drive low-power design choices across architecture to meet battery-life targets.
• Own RF blocks through schematic, RF/noise simulations, and layout collaboration.
• Perform system analysis, define verification strategies across process and temp variations.
• Integrate RF IP into full radio/chip and coordinate with layout and package teams.
• Support silicon bring-up, lab characterization, and measurement feedback for models.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of RF design methodologies and best practices.
• Document decisions and risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
