Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RF design experience required.
• Understanding of optimization processes for power amplifiers.
• Proven track record of working with LDMOS transistors.
• Experience working with LDMOS transistors.
• Design of High Power PA stage from linkbudget, component evaluation, schematic, layout and finally verification.
• Knowledge of DPD.
• Educated to degree level with excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver RF designs to customers.
• Collaborate with experienced engineering team.
• Design High Power PA stages from inception to verification.
• Optimize broadband power efficiency of PA designs.
• Work with LDMOS transistor technology and related components.
