Job summary

Ericsson in Germany seeks an RF Developer to drive radiator and antenna front-end design for mobile base station antennas. You will work across concept to integration, using state-of-the-art simulation tools and collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities include designing and simulating radiating components, driving 3D development to mass production, performing RF measurements, documenting results, and continuously improving performance and cost-efficiency in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF focus.
• Proven RF and antenna design experience.
• Strong 3D EM simulation experience.
• Experience with CST HFSS and Ansys HFSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and verify radiating components for passive multiband base station antennas and active antenna systems.
• Drive the 3D simulation and development of radiating components from initial concept to mass production.
• Integrate and optimize radiating elements within the overall antenna system.
• Conduct RF measurements on hardware prototypes.
• Document and present results clearly within project and department teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support troubleshooting and technical guidance.
