You will collaborate with Design, Process Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to turn innovative concepts into robust products ready for industrial deployment.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with 5+ years in RF, microwave, semiconductor, optoelectronic or electrical engineering.
• Strong background in RF engineering, signal integrity and high-speed electronics.
• Hands-on lab experience with RF and microwave test equipment for wafer- and chip-level characterization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed integrated optoelectronic devices such as modulators and related packaging solutions.
• Model RF characteristics and signal integrity to predict device performance in real-world applications.
• Perform advanced RF, microwave, and optoelectronic characterization to validate designs.
• Design, specify, and implement test methods and procedures for performance evaluation.
• Contribute to technology platform selection and technical solution development.
• Act as a technical expert within development projects and support product specification activities.
