Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on RF engineer to join our lab and drive RF evaluation and characterisation of high-speed optoelectronic and semiconductor components.

You will work in our engineering test laboratory, performing measurements at wafer, chip and carrier levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers opportunities to develop measurement capabilities, contribute to product and technology improvements, and share expertise across Design, Product

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in RF/ooptoelectronic testing or related area.
• Strong knowledge of RF measurements and high-speed device characterisation.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with test and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on RF measurements and device characterisation at wafer, chip and carrier levels.
• Lead development and refinement of RF measurement methods and test setups.
• Analyse measurement data and correlate results with simulations.
• Coordinate test samples and prototype development with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
