Job summary

Cytiva in Uppsala, Sweden is seeking a Sr Research Engineer to lead development and validation of analytical methods for bioprocess resins, and to support technology transfers across sites.

This on-site role reports to the Sr Manager within the MSAT Analytical Development & Validation team. The position is parental cover until end of August 2027, with occasional travel to the United States.

Qualifications

• Analytical chemistry background within Life Science.
• Experience with analytical method development and validation.
• Familiarity with Life Science Quality Management System.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish as working languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods for Bioprocess resins.
• Transfer methods and technologies between sites and departments.
• Execute independently and with peers on projects in manufacturing development and chromatography resins.
