Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering distributed, high-availability SaaS or media platforms at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, C++, or Java; microservices, APIs, and production automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time media reliability efforts across WxMedia platform.
• Troubleshoot complex streaming issues across hybrid cloud and bare-metal environments.
• Design high-resilience software for AI-assisted observability and automated incident response.
• Build AI agents, MCP integrations, and evaluation pipelines for operational decision support.
• Implement telemetry pipelines using logs, metrics, traces, and change events to speed up MTTD/MTTR.
• Collaborate with teams to define SLIs/SLOs and drive incident post-mortem reviews.
