Cytiva is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives in life sciences and diagnostics. You will lead cross-functional teams, balancing hardware, software, and consumables projects, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies to deliver tangible business impact.

Applicants should have a Master’s in science or engineering and 10+ years of delivering complex product development programs in the life sciences sector.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science or engineering.
• PM with 10+ years delivering new product development projects.
• Expertise in Waterfall project management methods.
• Experience managing cross-functional hardware/software projects.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage strategic projects using Waterfall and Agile PM methodologies.
• Define project plans including budget, risk management, and test plans.
• Coach/mentor other project managers or team members.
• Support Protein Research portfolio management & KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with many departments and other project teams.
• Report project progress to leadership teams.
