Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior QA Engineer to lead a next-generation quality engineering practice for AI-powered healthcare software. You will own QA strategy, design scalable testing infrastructure, and build automation that covers web apps, APIs, and integrations while validating critical clinical workflows.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinicians to translate complex requirements into measurable quality standards and help ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of QA or software testing experience, with 3+ years building automated tests.
• Strong fundamentals in testing methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript; working knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on with modern automation frameworks (Playwright preferred).
• Experience testing AI-powered systems and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end QA strategy and release readiness across the software lifecycle.
• Architect testing infrastructure and scalable automation frameworks.
• Automate tests for web apps, APIs, and integrations; enable AI agents.
• Validate clinical workflows and ensure security, reliability, and performance.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted impact analysis.
