Job summary

Albert Group is building next-generation maths learning products for school and home. We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer who can own testing strategy across a small, fast-moving product team and drive AI-assisted testing and automation.

You will define standards for unit, component, and end-to-end tests, collaborate with developers, and apply AI to generate, extend, and validate test coverage while performing manual testing when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong QA background spanning test strategy, E2E testing, and manual/exploratory testing.
• Experience defining testing standards for a product team, including unit/component tests written by developers.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated output critically.

Responsibilities

• Set overall testing strategy across the product surface.
• Define standards for unit and component testing.
• Build and maintain end-to-end tests across user flows.
• Apply AI-assisted test generation and automation.
• Perform manual and ad-hoc testing when automation isn't practical.
• Review AI-generated code and features for quality.
• Work with Python where relevant for testing/validating learner data pipelines.
