Job summary

Ascom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, security-sensitive ICT projects in healthcare and critical infrastructure. You will coordinate customers, technicians, suppliers and sales to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and compliance with functional requirements.

The role requires experience managing IT, communications or security projects in regulated environments, Swedish and English proficiency, and the ability to pass security vetting.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, telecommunications, electronics or related field.
• Prince2 or PMP/PMI certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Several years of experience managing complex IT, communications or security projects.
• Experience with customers in healthcare, security, correctional, public safety or critical infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to pass security vetting and clearance process is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects involving security-critical communication and safety solutions for customers in security and correctional sectors.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet functional requirements and stay within budget.
• Analyzing project scope in terms of time, costs and resources.
• Managing stakeholder expectations in highly regulated environments focused on reliability, quality and security.
• Following up on customer satisfaction through surveys after delivery.
• Responsible for project documentation, lessons learned and financial follow-up.
