Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain projects across multiple business units in a complex international organization.

You will coordinate IT delivery through the full lifecycle—from planning and configuration to data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover—leading a team of consultants and aligning delivery with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT delivery across the full implementation lifecycle, from planning and configuration to data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover.
• Lead a team of D365 functional and technical consultants and ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and project plan.
• Act as IT counterpart to business-side project managers and coordinate dependencies across design, development, integrations and external vendors.
• Manage market-specific configurations and deviations from standard solutions, monitor progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations across multiple business units in a complex international organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving IT delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle, from planning and configuration to data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover. You will lead a team of D365 functional and technical consultants and ensure that technical delivery remains aligned with business requirements and the overall project plan.

You will act as the primary IT counterpart to business-side project and implementation managers and coordinate dependencies across solution design, development, integrations, external vendors and other relevant stakeholders. The role also includes managing market-specific configurations and deviations from standard solutions, as well as monitoring progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&A) implementations.
• You have strong project management and leadership experience in global and cross-functional environments.
• You have a solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• You have experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT and external vendors.
• You have knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies and ERP architecture.
• You have experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
