Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration is required or preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a team management/coordination role, automotive background helpful.
• Strong understanding of project management planning, methodologies and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with structured, efficient project management skills.
• Excellent communication to coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Management department, aligning with site and business objectives.
• Own and manage the department budget.
• Be a member of the site leadership team contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Lead multiple projects and engineering change requests according to plant needs.
• Develop project plans (scope, timeline, cost, resources, risk, quality, procurement) and track timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Conduct regular project meetings and manage risks and timelines.
• Support customer meetings and functional discussions at customer sites.
• Oversee prototype phases up to production ramp-up and PPAP.
• Lead PDP process and design reviews with engineering.
