Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in Boden, Sweden to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, progress measurement and performance reporting for large-scale construction and industrial projects. This role requires advanced project controls expertise, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of construction environments.

You will drive insights from complex project data to support decision-making and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls for large-scale construction/EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of project controls principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead cost control and planning for revenue projects, with monthly cost close and reporting.
Monitor project financials including budgets, funding, and PO commitments.
Ensure consistent cost coding per standards and requirements.
Develop scenario-based financial and schedule models for risk assessment.
Support budgeting and long-range planning with cost insights and data history.
Collaborate with PMs, procurement, vendors, and finance on accruals and invoices.
