Formación

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or financial analysis in EPC environments.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).
• Strong understanding of project controls, including cost control, scheduling, forecasting and performance measurement.
• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced visual analytics to support project performance monitoring, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
• Apply data mining, statistical modeling, and trend analysis to identify KPIs, cost drivers, and schedule risks across complex projects.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to build multi-dimensional models for real-time decision-making.
• Architect scalable data structures and standardized data transformation methods across project controls systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Interpret complex data requests and deliver clear outputs aligned with objectives.
• Provide strategic insights by identifying correlations, anomalies, and emerging trends in large datasets.
• Guide junior team members on data governance, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting tools for long-term planning and risk mitigation.
• Support digital project controls tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with EPC standards.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field

Five or more years of relevant experience in Project Controls, Cost Engineering, or Financial Analysis in EPC or project-driven environments
