Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to spearhead the discovery phase of a Party Master Data Management initiative in Sweden. You will align business and technology, set governance, and translate complex requirements into an actionable roadmap, resource plan, and business case.

You will own the program plan, manage cross-functional workstreams, and drive timely stakeholder decisions while maintaining executive-level reporting and alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs in large, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven experience with Master Data Management, customer data, Party MDM, or comparable enterprise data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall program plan, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, budget, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business, data, architecture, security, and vendor workstreams toward shared outcomes.
• Establish governance, decision forums, escalation paths, and transparent ways of working.
